Data we collect<\/h2>\n<p>When you register for a workshop, we collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identifiers<\/strong> \u2014 first name, last name, email address,<br \/>\n      mobile \/ WhatsApp number.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment metadata<\/strong> \u2014 Razorpay order ID, payment ID,<br \/>\n      payment status, transaction amount. (We do <em>not<\/em> store card or<br \/>\n      UPI details \u2014 those remain with Razorpay.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical metadata<\/strong> \u2014 IP address, browser user-agent,<br \/>\n      referring URL, UTM parameters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consent record<\/strong> \u2014 the timestamp and IP at which you<br \/>\n      accepted this Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Purpose of processing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To deliver the workshop you paid for.<\/li>\n<li>To send you transactional communication (confirmation, joining link,<br \/>\n      reminders, recording) via email and WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li>To send you marketing communication about future workshops <strong>only<br \/>\n      if you have explicitly opted in<\/strong>. You can opt out at any time.<\/li>\n<li>To comply with Indian tax and accounting laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Lawful basis<\/h2>\n<p>Under \u00a76 of the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of<br \/>\nyour <strong>explicit consent<\/strong>, obtained at the registration form.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Third-party processors<\/h2>\n<p>We share necessary data with the following processors, each of whom is<br \/>\ncontractually bound to protect it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.<\/strong> \u2014 payment processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hostinger International Ltd.<\/strong> \u2014 website hosting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>n8n cloud \/ Zoho Corp.<\/strong> \u2014 workflow automation, CRM, and<br \/>\n      transactional email\/WhatsApp delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gupshup Inc.<\/strong> \u2014 WhatsApp Business API messaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Retention<\/h2>\n<p>We retain your personal data for as long as you remain an active customer,<br \/>\nplus an additional <strong>three (3) years<\/strong> for tax and accounting<br \/>\npurposes. Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Your rights under the DPDP Act<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access \u2014 request a copy of your personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Correct \u2014 request correction of inaccurate data.<\/li>\n<li>Erase \u2014 request deletion of your data.<\/li>\n<li>Withdraw consent \u2014 at any time, with future effect.<\/li>\n<li>Nominate \u2014 designate another individual to exercise these rights on<br \/>\n      your behalf.<\/li>\n<li>Grievance redressal \u2014 escalate to our Data Protection Officer below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To exercise any right, email <a href=\"mailto:info@proindia.net\">info@proindia.net<\/a> with<br \/>\nthe subject line <em>&#8220;DPDP Request&#8221;<\/em>. We respond within 30 days.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Data breach<\/h2>\n<p>In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify the<br \/>\nData Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by \u00a78(6)<br \/>\nof the DPDP Act.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>We use a minimal set of cookies for session management and analytics<br \/>\n(Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel). You may decline non-essential cookies via<br \/>\nour consent banner without affecting workshop access.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Children<\/h2>\n<p>The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly<br \/>\nprocess personal data of children.<\/p>\n<h2>10.
