Workshop is a paid live-online programme. We honour refund<br \/>\nrequests under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full refund<\/strong> \u2014 if the request is raised within<br \/>\n      <strong>24 hours of purchase<\/strong> AND the workshop has not yet started.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No refund<\/strong> \u2014 once the workshop has started or any<br \/>\n      digital materials (recordings, frameworks, templates) have been delivered.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service failure<\/strong> \u2014 if we are unable to deliver the<br \/>\n      workshop as scheduled, we will offer either a full refund or a free<br \/>\n      seat in the next cohort, at your option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to request a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@proindia.net\">info@proindia.net<\/a> with your full name, registered<br \/>\nemail, payment ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds are credited<br \/>\nback to the original payment method within 5\u20137 business days.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>You may cancel your registration at any time before the workshop begins by<br \/>\nemailing us.
