The service<\/h2>\n<p>scale.proindia.net delivers live, online business-growth workshops and ancillary<br \/>\ndigital materials including recordings, worksheets, and downloadable<br \/>\nframeworks (collectively, the &#8220;Service&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legally binding<br \/>\ncontract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Service is intended for<br \/>\nbusiness owners, consultants, and professionals; consumers using the Service<br \/>\nin a personal capacity are still bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Pricing &amp; payment<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (\u20b9) and are inclusive of applicable<br \/>\ntaxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay and is<br \/>\ngoverned by Razorpay&#8217;s own terms in addition to ours.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You will not share access credentials, recordings, or downloadable<br \/>\n      materials with any third party.<\/li>\n<li>You will not record, redistribute, or commercialise any session.<\/li>\n<li>You will not abuse, harass, or defame any participant or host.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>All workshop content, frameworks, recordings, and worksheets remain the<br \/>\nintellectual property of scale.proindia.net. You receive a personal, non-transferable<br \/>\nlicence to use the materials for your own business.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Refunds &amp; cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>Governed by our <a href=\"\/refund-policy\/\">Refund &amp; Cancellation<br \/>\nPolicy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, scale.proindia.net&#8217;s aggregate liability<br \/>\narising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you<br \/>\npaid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Indemnification<\/h2>\n<p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless scale.proindia.net, its officers and<br \/>\ncontractors against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these<br \/>\nTerms or misuse of the Service.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Governing law &amp; jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be<br \/>\nsubject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at <strong>Delhi,<br \/>\nIndia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may amend these Terms at any time.
