The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the airline industry. The air traffic has seen a significant drop due to lockdown across the globe.

This crisis is impacting the supply chain of many businesses which are mainly dependent on air cargo which has an impact on IMPORT & EXPORT of a nation.

As per the International Air Transport Association (IATA) forecast global air traffic will be affected by 38%.  Will we see many airlines going bankrupt and mergers happening? Only time can answer that.

The Three big airlines of the United States by Revenue – Delta, American and United airlines have entered the Crisis mode and are now operating on limited international routes only.

United Arline, fourth biggest airline in the world has seen a 60% reduction in flight capacity in April 2020.
